We provide free shipping to all 48 continental states. Free shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or Canada. We encourage these customers to contact us for more information.

P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO

Unfortunately we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

Our international customers may use a third-party carrier to handle their shipping. We recommend Bongo International. Please note that although we are responsible for getting your product from our warehouse to your carrier, any event that follow is the responsibility of the customer (you) and your third-party carrier. You are responsible for hiring the third-party carrier and any transaction or agreement involves the customer (you) and the carrier, and does not include Car Sounds Electronics.

International customers are also solely responsible for any and all customs, import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes.

Domestic Shipping

We ship every business day that UPS and USPS are in operation. Any package exceeding one pound (1 lb.) in weight will be shipped via UPS while any package less than one pound (1 lb.) will be shipped via USPS. Any item purchased and paid for by 8:00am EST will typically be shipped on the same business day. Any item purchased and paid for after 8:00am EST will typically be shipped the next business day. Any item purchased and paid for after 8:00am EST Friday and through Sunday will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that we will only ship items to confirmed shipping addresses.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Introducing our 4th generation bluetooth controlled LED lighting system- XKalpha. XKalpha is an addressable lighting system... but what does that mean? The LED lights have advanced chasing features! Turn your car underglow into a chasing equalizer in the music mode. The lights are also programmable, allowing you to sync the turn signal and a chasing pattern so the lights chase down the vehicle.

XKalpha underglow lights are color changing RGB led lights, but now feature dedicated white LED chips which provide a pure white light. These RGBW lights use super brights LEDs to light up the streets underneath your ride!

XKalpha underglow light kits are compatible with all types of vehicles. So if you are looking for underglow for your car, truck, Jeep, UTV, ATV, or anything else with wheels, the XKalpha system will provide the ultimate customization experience and cover all of your color changing LED lighting needs!
