iDatalink Maestro KIT-MUS2 Dash and Wiring Kit

Pioneer's modular-style car stereo receivers give you a big touchscreen that connects to a separate head unit that fits in the dash. The Maestro KIT-MUS2 dash and wiring kit, in combination with the iDatalink Maestro RR or RR2 interface module (sold separately), lets you replace the factory radio (with 4.2" LCD) of your 2015-23 Ford Mustang with a modular-style Pioneer receiver equipped with the iDatalink serial port.

For 7", 8", and 9" Pioneer floating touchscreens

The kit includes a replacement dash panel with texture and finish that matches your factory dash, and a vehicle-specific wiring harness, plus interchangeable panels to allow for installation of Pioneer modular receivers with a 7", 8", or 9" screen. You'll retain your factory steering wheel controls, factory settings, and factory amplifier, as well as warning chimes, retained accessory power (R.A.P.), and secondary vehicle display (if equipped). The module also lets you add vehicle information display and performance gauges on your Pioneer receiver when applicable, as well as supplying illumination and accessory power leads and the outputs (parking brake, reverse, and VSS [Vehicle Speed Sense]) needed for a navigation receiver.

The KIT-MUS2 lets you keep your factory backup camera with dynamic parking guidelines and park assist chimes (chime speaker included); your aftermarket head unit must have a composite video rearview camera input. The factory 360 camera feature is also retained (if factory equipped). If you add an aftermarket front camera (sold separately) to a head unit that is equipped with multiple camera inputs, the vehicle's factory auto camera switching feature is also retained.

This kit is designed for installation of Pioneer's DMH-C2550NEX, DMH-C5500NEX, DMH-WC5700NEX, and DMH-WC600NEX modular radios in 2015-23 Ford Mustangs with the factory 4.2" screen. The kit supports iDatalink's ACC-HU-PIO1 adapter harness for easy installation.
