International Shipping

Our international customers may use a third-party carrier to handle their shipping. We recommend Bongo International. Please note that although we are responsible for getting your product from our warehouse to your carrier, any event that follow is the responsibility of the customer (you) and your third-party carrier. You are responsible for hiring the third-party carrier and any transaction or agreement involves the customer (you) and the carrier, and does not include Car Sounds Electronics.

International customers are also solely responsible for any and all customs, import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes.

Domestic Shipping

We ship every business day that UPS and USPS are in operation. Any package exceeding one pound (1 lb.) in weight will be shipped via UPS while any package less than one pound (1 lb.) will be shipped via USPS. Any item purchased and paid for by 8:00am EST will typically be shipped on the same business day. Any item purchased and paid for after 8:00am EST will typically be shipped the next business day. Any item purchased and paid for after 8:00am EST Friday and through Sunday will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that we will only ship items to confirmed shipping addresses.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

iDatalink meets AUDI
iDatalink's HRN-SR-AU1 wiring adapter allows you to connect a new car stereo in Select Audi Vehicles 2002-2015, working in conjunction with iDatalink's Maestro ADS-MSR module. Once connected, you'll retain the use of your steering wheel audio controls and your factory amp in these vehicles.

Keeping your factory features with an iDatalink-ready car stereo
If you're buying a compatible iDatalink-ready car stereo, you'll enjoy the outstanding performance of your receiver, plus seamless touchscreen control over most of the factory features in select AUDI-built vehicles.

The package includes connectors that plug in between the Maestro module, your factory radio's wiring plugs, and the serial port on your new car stereo. iDatalink's HRN-SR-AU1 harness features an in-line head-unit connector harness, which will plug into their new "Head-unit direct" harnesses for select radio brands (sold separately, *see installation note below). If you're installing a radio that doesn't work with a "Head-unit direct" harness, you simply cut off the plug and connect the wires to the harness included with your new radio.
