International Shipping

Our international customers may use a third-party carrier to handle their shipping. We recommend Bongo International. Please note that although we are responsible for getting your product from our warehouse to your carrier, any event that follow is the responsibility of the customer (you) and your third-party carrier. You are responsible for hiring the third-party carrier and any transaction or agreement involves the customer (you) and the carrier, and does not include Car Sounds Electronics.

International customers are also solely responsible for any and all customs, import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes.

Domestic Shipping

We ship every business day that UPS and USPS are in operation. Any package exceeding one pound (1 lb.) in weight will be shipped via UPS while any package less than one pound (1 lb.) will be shipped via USPS. Any item purchased and paid for by 8:00am EST will typically be shipped on the same business day. Any item purchased and paid for after 8:00am EST will typically be shipped the next business day. Any item purchased and paid for after 8:00am EST Friday and through Sunday will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that we will only ship items to confirmed shipping addresses.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

    • ORACLE Part# 4215-332

      ORACLE Lighting illuminated LED wheel rings are an easy and effective way to light up the wheels on your car or truck! This head-turning lighting product consists of a set of (4) LED illuminated aluminum rings which install around the brake rotor and attaches to the brake dust shield. These can also be mounted to older vehicles with drum brakes. The effect is a large ring of light which accents custom wheels and stands out at events. Oversized 16.5 diameter is the largest on the market and fits oversized brakes.

      Our Dynamic ColorSHIFT LED Wheel Rings are the latest advancement in our expansive lighting modifications. The Dynamic features allow the user to run multiple moving color patterns through the Wheel Ring, creating a vivid eye-catching lighting effect. Conveniently controlled through a free smartphone App, the system features over 200 pre-programmed moving patterns as well as static color control.?

      Installation is easy with waterproof Plug & Play Connectors that easily connect the individual rings to the central control box. Battery connection leads include ring terminals and in-line fuse for simplified wiring installation.

      Upgrades to our LED wheel lights include thicker aluminum rings, waterproof connectors, and pre-installed brackets.If your vehicle does not have a brake dust shield, you will need tomodify the brackets watch fora step-by-step installation guide. Additionally, for vehicles with drum brakes, you may need to create a larger bracket or buy XL brackets, reach out to our customer service for more answers to any of your questions.

      Please note, these rings are not intended for on-road use.

      Due to the Dynamic Wheel Ring Cables being unable to be extended, we recommend mounting the waterproof controller in a central position under the vehicle. Large trucks / SUV may require the red power cable to be extended to reach the battery from this position.

      If your vehicle is equipped with drum brakes or does not have a brake dust shield you will need to perform additional fabrication of brackets to fit properly. For vehicles without dust shields please watch this video for more information.

      ORACLE Part# 5814-504 Wheel Ring Extension Cables will not work with this product.
