International Shipping

Our international customers may use a third-party carrier to handle their shipping. We recommend Bongo International. Please note that although we are responsible for getting your product from our warehouse to your carrier, any event that follow is the responsibility of the customer (you) and your third-party carrier. You are responsible for hiring the third-party carrier and any transaction or agreement involves the customer (you) and the carrier, and does not include Car Sounds Electronics.

International customers are also solely responsible for any and all customs, import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes.

Domestic Shipping

We ship every business day that UPS and USPS are in operation. Any package exceeding one pound (1 lb.) in weight will be shipped via UPS while any package less than one pound (1 lb.) will be shipped via USPS. Any item purchased and paid for by 8:00am EST will typically be shipped on the same business day. Any item purchased and paid for after 8:00am EST will typically be shipped the next business day. Any item purchased and paid for after 8:00am EST Friday and through Sunday will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that we will only ship items to confirmed shipping addresses.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

      ORACLE Lighting illuminated LED wheel rings are an easy and effective way to light up the wheels on your car or truck! This head-turning lighting product consists of a set of (4) LED illuminated aluminum rings which install around the brake rotor and attaches to the brake dust shield. These can also be mounted to older vehicles with drum brakes. The effect is a large ring of light which accents custom wheels and stands out at events. Oversized 16.5 diameter is the largest on the market and fits oversized brakes.

      This kit now features a TRUE white 6000K from separate white LEDs for a TRUE WHITE output for a Crisp & Clean white light. Change Colors, Control Brightness, access strobing patterns, and sync with music! Now featuring "Dual-Control" allowing the user to use both the free Bluetooth Smartphone App control PLUS the included Wireless Remote Control.


      The New "ORACLE ColorSHIFT PRO" app now allows you to control both your ColorSHIFT RGB and RGB+W LED lights in one program.TheColorSHIFT PRO app creates and interface for you to turn your lights on/off, select from dozens of color variations, control patterns, brightness, strobe color, and even control lights with music.

    • If your vehicle is equipped with drum brakes or does not have a brake dust shield you will need toperformadditional fabricationof brackets to fit properly. For vehicles without dust shields please watch this videofor more information.

      Installation tip:For extra security of the screws holding in the brackets on wheel rings, first confirm that the wheel rings brackets are in the correct mounting location. Then, apply an appropriate amount of Loctite to these screws to ensure a firm hold.
