International Shipping

Our international customers may use a third-party carrier to handle their shipping. We recommend Bongo International. Please note that although we are responsible for getting your product from our warehouse to your carrier, any event that follow is the responsibility of the customer (you) and your third-party carrier. You are responsible for hiring the third-party carrier and any transaction or agreement involves the customer (you) and the carrier, and does not include Car Sounds Electronics.

International customers are also solely responsible for any and all customs, import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes.

Domestic Shipping

We ship every business day that UPS and USPS are in operation. Any package exceeding one pound (1 lb.) in weight will be shipped via UPS while any package less than one pound (1 lb.) will be shipped via USPS. Any item purchased and paid for by 8:00am EST will typically be shipped on the same business day. Any item purchased and paid for after 8:00am EST will typically be shipped the next business day. Any item purchased and paid for after 8:00am EST Friday and through Sunday will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that we will only ship items to confirmed shipping addresses.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

As easy as tapping a magnet to the lens you have quick access to 8 different running light settings, 8 different turn signal modes, and an optional brake flash. If 3 months from now you want to revamp your lighting setup, simply tap the lens for a whole new look! Yes, it's actually that easy. For those of you who really want to stop the show, flip your ignition switch on and off within a half a second to activate Bike Night Mode, a series of lighting animations that play on the turn signal inserts. We like to cover all bases here at XKGLOW and our all new Pro Series MotoTurnz are no exception.
